Returns & Exchanges
At The Tiger Sports Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, we accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the printed RMA form inside the box.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or ship via your preferred method to our Clemson warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
